There is a person in our complex who uses a leaf blower at exactly 12:03AM. Every. Single. Night. It’s not even autumn. There are no leaves. Sometimes they’re blowing the sidewalk while it’s raining. Nobody knows who it is. HOA claims they ‘hear nothing.’ I’m starting to lose track of what’s real.
