Midnight Bagpipe Racket
At exactly 2:00 AM on weekends, someone plays bagpipes in the alley behind our building. It’s not a tune. It’s a war cry. Police say they can’t locate the source. I’ve taken to sleeping with noise-cancelling headphones and earplugs. Still hear it.
